The Opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced Director of Product Marketing to join our team in San Jose, California. You will be responsible for:
Market Intelligence & Positioning:
Become a subject matter expert in Securiti's AI-powered data+AI security, privacy, and governance solutions, with an in-depth understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer pain points.
Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
Define and refine product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target audiences, including CISOs, data security architects, privacy officers, and IT leaders.
Develop and maintain buyer personas and ideal customer profiles.
Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution:
Lead and execute cross-functional product and feature launches, collaborating closely with product management, sales, demand generation, and customer success teams.
Develop comprehensive go-to-market plans, including launch strategies, content requirements, and sales enablement initiatives.
Drive awareness and lead generation through compelling content and campaigns.
Content Development:
Create high-impact marketing collateral, including datasheets, whitepapers, solution briefs, presentations, website copy, blog posts, case studies, testimonials, and user stories.
Translate complex technical capabilities and AI concepts into clear, concise, and compelling value-driven narratives for both technical and business audiences.
Partner with the content marketing and SEO teams to produce optimized content that drives product awareness and engagement.
Sales Enablement:
Develop and deliver sales enablement materials, tools, and training programs that empower the sales team to effectively position and sell Securiti's solutions.
Provide ongoing training on competitive positioning, product differentiation, and use cases.
Act as a product expert, supporting sales calls and customer engagements as needed.
Customer & Analyst Relations:
Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Collaborate with customer success to develop customer advocacy programs, including case studies and testimonials.
Support analyst relations activities, briefings, and engagements for industry reports (e.g., Gartner MQ, Forrester Wave).
What You'll Bring:
12+ years of progressive experience in product marketing, preferably with some experience in the B2B data, cloud or AI security space.
Demonstrated success in defining and executing go-to-market strategies and launching new products/features.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Deep understanding of cybersecurity concepts and the challenges enterprises face with data security and compliance.
Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling, and benefit-oriented messaging.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making, including experience with market research and competitive analysis.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and content management systems is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.

Salary range 180k - 230k OTE
