JOB LOCATION:  Nashville, TN

TRAVEL:  5-10%

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

We are looking for a focused and results-driven Marketing Specialist to assist with efforts within the ERP market segment for our license management product. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and tracking marketing programs across various channels to support business objectives, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct focused market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
• Develop marketing campaigns and messaging across digital, social, email, and traditional platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and marketing to align strategies
• Optimize and identify content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights
• Assist in execution of events, trade shows, and promotional activities
• Create and maintain nurturing workflows using company’s CRM and marketing automation tools

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE):

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year College or University. 
• 1-2 years of marketing experience
