About the Role:
As a Senior Field Marketing Manager at Camunda, you will be responsible for designing and executing regional marketing programs that increase awareness, engagement, and pipeline development within key North American territories. We’re seeking curious, data-driven team players who thrive on building campaigns that resonate with local audiences and support our growth objectives. Your efforts will help position Camunda as a leader in the process automation space across the region.
What you'll be doing:
Working closely with the NA Sales Teams, develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive pipeline and accelerate revenue across key accounts and verticals
Act as a strategic advisor to North American Sales leadership, shaping pipeline development plans and prioritizing programs based on regional needs
Balance short-term pipeline goals with long-term brand and market development initiatives in the region.
Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Events, Demand Generation, Partner Marketing, Corporate Communications teams to ensure campaign alignment and success
Collaborate with ADRs and AEs to support ABM and outbound sales cadences through tailored programs, campaigns, and field activities
Track, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness with a focus on pipeline impact, sales-qualified opportunities (SQOs), and ROI. Use insights to continuously improve tactics and strategies
What you bring:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related program with a minimum of 5 years of Field Marketing experience.
Strong Organizational Skills: You have excellent organizational skills, you are resilient under pressure and are able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and deliver on agreed timelines.
Strong communication, support and collaboration skills: both verbal and written with team members, stakeholders & external partners.
Willingness to travel: Some domestic and international travel required.
Ability and/or willingness to use our product.
Nice-to-haves:
Tech Skills: Experience with software tools commonly used in Field Marketing such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Asana, Confluence or Airtable and a variety of event platforms.
Strong Networking Skills: Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders in a remote environment. Team Player.
Self-Motivated: Demonstration of ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks. Take initiative in suggesting improvements and optimizations for event management processes.

Compensation
For external hires, we consider the skills and experience of the incoming candidate, but typically place candidates in the first half of the range to ensure ample room for growth over the entire lifecycle of the role.
Below is the annual Total Target Cash Compensation (Total Cash) range for Camundi located in one of our entities. Total Cash refers to base salary and 100% attainment of variable target, where applicable. Actual Total Cash offered will depend on factors such as skills and qualifications related to the role. To comprise the Total Rewards package, Camunda also offers equity (where applicable) in the form of a Virtual Employee Stock Option Plan and benefits based on the country of residence.
The annual Total Cash range for this position for Camundi in our entities is as follows:
United States: $119,300 to $178,900
Germany: €79,300 to €119,000
United Kingdom: £77,300 to £115,900
Singapore: S$148,100 to S$222,200
